Shijin has over 9 years of experience having worked as a Project Co-Ordinator, Release Manager, Service Level Lead in various IT projects within Johnson & Johnson & other Organizations. Shijin acts as a catalyst for change by working closely with the IT Team in enhancing CaringCrowd platform. With his IT expertise, he provides guidance to the Business Owners for proper implementation of new processes, services and data reporting needs.
Consultant and team member of CaringCrowd, Rachel is a champion for promoting social impact with more than six years of leadership experience in the field. Native of Indiana, Rachel earned her MBA from Krannert at Purdue and her MS in Global Health from the University of Notre Dame. During her time at Krannert, Rachel held a summer internship with Johnson & Johnson's Environment, Health, Safety, & Sustainability team. Rachel is skilled at analyzing information, communicating across disciplines, and building strategic partnerships to effect positive change in the communities she serves locally and globally.

Krista is a User Interface and User Experience Designer for CaringCrowd. She has 6+ years of experience in the design field; starting as a Graphic Designer early in her career as she continued to evolve her role to be heavily focused in the digital space. Krista is pursuing a Masters of Business and Science, specializing in UX Design at Rutgers University. She is passionate about leading design decisions driven by research, best practices, and studies within the UX practice. Krista works to ensure her designs allow users to engage in a way of which they’d expect - allowing for a seamless user experience. During her downtime, she looks forward to running and volunteering for charity organizations that focus on tackling food insecurity by getting food to people who need it most.
