A Bachelor Of Science in Nursing- Makerere University.
Masters in Public Health, - Hunter College CUNY in New York.
Worked in Mulago Hospital for 15yrs as a midwife and offered free social work and counseling services to pregnant mothers. Former vice president Uganda Medical Workers Union ( UMWU) Mulago branch. Former Audit General National UMWU.
Spear headed a negotiation that increased the medical workers pay of UG SH 66,000 as a lunch allowance during that period.
As a Deputy Charge Nurse for Obstetrics, Gynae and Family planning out patient clinic,a fund for break tea for staff, and a fund to help any nurse or midwife to cater for funeral expenses was secured.
Believes in a grass root approach to effect positive change; and submission to God has helped me to love and serve unconditionally.
A mother of 5 boys, and as a Rotarian believe in service above self.
