All children deserve to be clean, dry, and healthy
Sarah's Covenant Homes (SCH) in India cares for 163 children and young adults with special and medical needs. Their tiniest children are just a few months old, and they have young adults who are learning skills to be more independent in daily living. The children have various diagnoses including, but not limited to: cerebral palsy, blindness, seizure disorder, hearing loss, autism, spina bifida, and hydrocephalus.
Cloth diapers will improve quality of life for child and caregiver
Your support is helping caregivers leverage their limited resources to better care for these children in other ways, including specialized therapies, corrective surgeries, medicines and other basic needs. This level of care increases quality of life and also increases likelihood of adoption.
By donating as little as $10, you will help children survive and thrive.
As SCH-India has their diaper needs solved, they are able to save funds and plan for future improvements and additional programming. This can mean affording schooling, offering better healthcare, improved quality of food (more protein!) - all steps that set these babies up for long term survival and productive members of society.
