Our goal
Our mission is to prevent women from dying of cervical cancer in Uganda.
The Challenge

Young women are dying needlessly from cervical cancer.

Cervical cancer kills 300,000 women each year — mainly women in the developing world and in the prime of their productive lives. It is the number one cause of cancer-related deaths in developing countries. By 2035 cervical cancer is expected to be the number one cause of death for women worldwide. Ninety percent of these women live in under-served countries. By saving the lives of women, the quality of life and standard of living of families and communities is greatly increased. Our Solution

Your Impact

By donating just $10 to our cause you can help save a woman's life.

Your donation will enable a woman to be screened for cervical cancer. Studies suggest that even if a woman is screened for cervical cancer ONLY ONCE in her lifetime between the ages of 30 and 49, her risk of cancer would be reduced by 25-36%. Women who die of cervical cancer are often in the prime of their productive lives and many leave behind young children.
